SUPRA ONE-TIME ACCESS FOR KEYBOXES

VIREB members can provide keybox access to non-members through Supra One-Time Access, also known as managed access.

With one-time access, members can provide secure, limited entry to view listed properties while maintaining control over who accesses the keybox and when. VIREB’s Keybox Department no longer sets up eKEY access for non-members.

Preparing for One-Time Access

Before granting access, make sure the keybox has an address attached to it. This can be done through the Supra eKEY app, and you do not need to be near the keybox.

  • Open your eKEY app.
  • Tap My Keyboxes.
  • Tap the applicable keybox serial number.
  • Choose Edit Lockbox Data.
  • Enter the address, MLS® number, and any additional information.
  • Tap Save.

ROOMVO IS LIVE!

VIREB now offers Roomvo, a next-generation visualization platform, at no extra charge to members. Roomvo launched on June 16 and is now available through Xposure’s PCS, Cotality’s OneHome, and the property search on VIREB.com.

How Do I Add Roomvo to My Website?

To add Roomvo to your website, click here. Complete the short online form, click Add Roomvo to my Website, and Roomvo will send you a contract to sign and take care of the setup process.

Thank you to all members who participated in the bylaw amendments vote at our Annual General Meeting on March 26.

A total of 372 votes (including proxies) were cast, with 62 per cent in favour. As a special resolution requires 75 per cent approval, the amendments were not adopted.

While the proposed changes weren’t approved, this initiative represented a significant effort to modernize and clarify VIREB’s governance framework. We appreciate the strong member participation and thank everyone who took part in the decision-making process.

AGM: What You Need to Know

VIREB’s 2025 Annual Report is now available. You can easily view and download the report here; it’s also posted in the Library on the Member Portal.

As a reminder, members will vote on a special bylaw resolution at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 26. You’ll find the wording for the resolution on page A-25 of the report.

The 2025 Annual Report also includes the 2026 surplus allocations and the 2025 audited financial statements, which members will also vote on at the AGM.

Upcoming Town Halls

AGM Date Update 

The 2025 AGM has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 26, 2026 (previously March 6). This change gives members additional time to review the drafts of the bylaws, regulations, and member handbook, as well as share questions or feedback ahead of the AGM. VIREB’s areas and sub-areas also support our statistical reporting, which is used by members, media, consumers, and other stakeholders to understand market activity and make informed decisions.
